Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at your scheduled service appointment on time. All clients have a 15 minute grace period before service appointment is subject to rescheduling. All service deposits are NON refundable but transferable, solely at the discretion of the owner and upon a situation by situation basis to be determined by the owner. Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have, so that we can better accommodate you. We ask that you do not accompany your visit with additional guests that are not scheduled for services, accommodations are limited to only those being serviced. No pets are allowed in the salon unless required for personal service. No alcohol or tobacco allowed on the premises. Any persons missing more than 2 scheduled service appointments will not have the ability to schedule future service appointments, without the courtesy of cancellation. • CANCELLATIONS MUST MEET CANCELLATION POLICY REQUIREMENTS • We kindly ask that you email directly to cancel your reservation within 24-hours of your service appointment to contact@sefanasamples.com . In the event a 24 hour notice is not given for cancellation of services, a $25 charge will be assessed (or service deposit will be forfeited) immediately upon next scheduled appointment (whichever applies), as well as full payment for current services. Accepted forms of payment include Cash and Credit/Debit or Prepay via our website (PayPal). NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASHAPP ARE ACCEPTED
